1. Developer and contact
Workout Timer is provided by xiaoyu li. For privacy or support requests, contact love.angledemon@gmail.com.
2. Local app data
Workout plans (including weekly cycles), history, preferences, audio files you choose to import and an unfinished timer snapshot are stored on your device. Data is stored in a local SwiftData database and imported audio is played locally. The app does not send these to developer servers, require an account, include advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs, or access Apple Health data.
3. Permissions and local notifications
Notification permission is used for completion or time-cap alerts, without per-phase notifications. Timing works without permission. Alerts are scheduled locally, without a remote push server. The app does not request location, Health, camera, microphone or contacts access.
4. Deletion and manual backups
Delete plans and records or reset app data in Settings. Reset clears workouts, history, cycle, recent use, imported audio, preferences and the import rollback snapshot, but keeps exported backup files. These files still contain the data from when they were exported; delete them in the Backups folder in Files if needed. Copies saved elsewhere must be deleted separately. The database, imported audio and in-app export directory are excluded from system backups. The app uses no iCloud or developer cloud sync. Export workouts, history, cycle and preferences locally, optionally include imported audio, and preview, merge or undo the last import. Copy backups you want to keep out of the app directory before uninstalling, which removes local app data and files. Files you choose to copy or share are managed by your selected destination service.
5. App Store downloads and payments
The app has no subscriptions or in-app purchases and does not collect payment information. Download pricing is shown on the App Store. Download payments, distribution and information collected through Apple's own services are handled by Apple under its policies. See the terms for the free offer and later paid downloads.
6. Feedback and support email
The optional in-app feedback webpage stores the app name and identifier, category, message, optional email and version details, submission time and feedback reference that you choose to submit, solely to handle issues and reply. Workout plans, history and imported music are not attached automatically. Unsubmitted text may be saved as a local draft; the app uses temporary website storage. Service providers host feedback, and data may be processed outside your region. Records are kept only as needed to handle the request or meet legal requirements. Email the feedback reference to the address above to request access, correction or deletion. Support emails may also include your address, message and optional attachments and are used only for support. Avoid passwords or unrelated sensitive information. 7. Website visits
This website has no ads, analytics scripts or user accounts. Website services may process your IP address, browser information and request logs to deliver pages, protect security and diagnose problems. Viewing the privacy policy or terms does not send your workout history or imported audio.
